  • Position Summary

    Contribute to PRI Registrar’s established sales goals by professionally developing and cultivating sales opportunities with small and medium size companies from web-based leads/customer research, referrals, etc. leading to achieving defined sales objectives.   

    Primary Duties

    • Complete new sales contracts and recertification contracts with in compliance with PRI Registrar requirements. 
    • Effective lead development and sales of PRI Registrar’s services in an effective and professional manner. 
    • Support effective auditor scheduling and input on capacity needs. 
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention to minimize churn. 
    • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and goals for each PRI Registrar product in and accurate, effective, and timely manner.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelors of Science degree in business, engineering or related field.
    • 2 years sales experience or equivalent.
    • Ability to sell technical services or products.
    • Ability to provide technical assistance to customers.
    • Strong computer skills and ability to work with appropriate computer application programs.
    • Ability to set and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and/or quality control systems.
    • The ability to maintain strict confidentiality with the organization and with specific customer information.
    • The ability to maintain awareness and strictly adhere to policy and procedures to meet mandated accreditation requirements.
    • Able to travel at least 15% of the time.
    • Ability to read/review documents.
    • Ability to work for long periods at a computer/desk.
    • Standard office environment.
