  • Position Summary

    This position will provide highly supervised administrative support to the Nadcap Program and Nadcap Meetings, working directly with the Lead – Nadcap Meetings & Administration.

    Primary Duties

    • Provide administrative support to Lead – Nadcap Meetings Administration as follows:
    • Support logistics coordination of management councils, task groups, committees, symposia, face to face meetings, events, etc. 
    • Field and coordinate incoming Nadcap event support requests, via email and telephone, and provide basic first level support for Nadcap event-related requests in an efficient and professional manner. 
    • Prepare and distribute event-related materials, e.g., presentations, conference materials, meeting agendas/minutes, etc.  
    • Provide on-site logistical support for Nadcap events, including Nadcap Meetings and Auditor Conference. 
    • Prepare and execute communications, including meeting notifications and surveys, regarding Nadcap events. 
    • Deliver “soft” marketing materials for industry managed events, such as registration information, Conference At-a-Glance agenda, attendees guide, and on-site materials. 

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Associates in Degree in business or relevant degree, required.  Will also accept a high school diploma with three (3) years professional/administrative work experience.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, oral, written, phone and email.
    • Strong computer skills and ability to work with appropriate computer application programs.
    • Ability to manage sensitive, confidential information in a professional manner, required.
    • Ability to travel 15% of the time
    • Ability to work for long periods of time at a computer/desk
    • Ability to lift/maneuver boxes up to 30 lbs.
